Joseph Marano
Joseph Marano has extensive litigation experience in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Mr. Marano’s experience includes litigation of personal injury, worker’s compensation, commercial matters, estate issues, class actions, criminal matters and premises liability cases. Mr. Marano has successfully tried several cases to verdict. Mr. Marano has represented plaintiffs and defendants, which permits him to approach a case with an understanding of each party’s perspective. Mr. Marano currently concentrates his practice exclusively for plaintiffs in the area of medical malpractice, automobile negligence, premises liability and other complex personal injury matters. Mr. Marano also has experience in appellate advocacy, including the published decision of Thermal C.M. Services, Inc. v. Penn Made Dairy Products, 831 A.2d 1189 (Pa. Super. 2003).
Mr. Marano received a B.A. from Villanova University and attended Rutgers University School of Law-Camden where he received his Juris Doctorate degree. Subsequent to law school, Mr. Marano served as law clerk in the Superior Court of New Jersey. Mr. Marano is also a certified mediator by the Camden County Superior Court and serves as a mediator in the Court of Common Pleas in Delaware County. He is an active member of the Pennsylvania and Philadelphia Bar Associations, American Association for Justice, Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association, Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association and New Jersey Trial Lawyers Association. Mr. Marano is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Mr. Marano lives in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
