ABOTA ANNOUNCEMENT

Layser & Freiwald, P.C. is pleased to announce that Derek R. Layser and Aaron J. Freiwald have been elected into the membership of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA). ABOTA is a nationwide organization of trial lawyers representing both the plaintiff and defense which is dedicated to the preservation of the constitutional right of a jury trial. Membership is by invitation and election based on active participation and courtroom experience as a trial lawyer.

Mr. Layser and Mr. Freiwald are founding shareholders of Layser & Freiwald, P.C. with offices in Philadelphia, PA and Westmont, NJ. The firm represents seriously injured individuals in complex personal injury and other civil trial matters and has an active trial practice throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey
