On December 5, 2003, Aaron Freiwald and Eric Weitz of Layser & Freiwald, P.C., were invited participants on a blue ribbon panel on The Medical Liability Crisis: Searching for Practical Solutions. Sponsored by The Main Line Chamber of Commerce, Bryn Mawr Trust and Main Line Health, the program featured healthcare providers and professionals together with the two attorneys. The discussion, attended by a number of state legislators and community leaders, addressed the impact of existing tort reform measures and an exploration of common ground solutions such as insurance industry reform.
