Firm Background
In January, 2006, Layser & Freiwald, P.C. will complete its fifth year of serving clients in all types of civil litigation. Since 2001, we have successfully resolved, by way of trial and settlement, many six- and seven-figure cases for those who have been injured or harmed due to the negligence of others. These cases include injuries from motor vehicle accidents, medical negligence, pharmacy error, defective products and nursing home abuse. We have also successfully represented and recovered damages for bad faith claims against insurance companies, stockbroker fraud, civil rights violations, and employment disputes.
For our clients, we want to be your law firm. We have the capability to represent individuals and businesses in a variety of litigation matters. If you have a problem that we do not believe we can be the best source for representation, we will refer you to a lawyer who specializes in that area.
