Seminar: Getting Your Evidence and Expert Testimony Admitted into Court
Derek R. Layser is a course planner and presenter for an upcoming National Business Institute Seminar entitled Getting Your Evidence and Expert Testimony Admitted into Court. Mr. Layser will be lecturing on the Frye and Daubert cases and their effects on the submission of evidence in the State and Federal Courts. The seminar will be presented this winter to lawyers in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
