• Mr. Freiwald achieved a major six-figure settlement on behalf of a young couple who lost their life savings after they invested with a broker and brokerage firm. The claims, for fraud and securities law violations included claims that the broker placed the funds with a Florida-based pyramid scheme.
• Mr. Freiwald achieved a six-figure settlement on behalf of a man who was terminated from his employment after warning his supervisors that the company was improperly billing Medicare for its services.
